COMAMOTER

Comamoter is the association of Italian manufacturers of earthmoving machinery within FederUnacoma, the national federation of agricultural machinery manufacturers in Confindustria, the National Manufacturers Federation.

The Comamoter mission is representing the industries in the sector and informing and assisting member enterprises. Comamoter maintains ongoing relations with ministries and national organizations and agencies as well as, directly or though Cece (Committee for European Construction Equipment), with a number of European and international organizations and counterpart associations of construction machinery manufacturers in the United States (Aem), Japan (Cema), South Korea (Kocema) and Brazil (Sobratema).
In the technical field Comamoter activities are focused mainly on the unification of norms, safety criteria, the elaboration of European Union Directives and trial methods.

Moreover, Comamoter works jointly with the National Research Council (Cnr) and regional and provincial agencies and formed Cemoter, later renamed Imamoter, a research institute specifically dedicated to technologies for earthmoving.

On the promotional side, Comamoter is in active collaboration with institutions for the organization of business missions, bilateral encounters, seminars and of national collectives for participation in international trade fairs and conducts market surveys abroad and pursues other promotional initiatives for Made in Italy.
