DaanAuctions is the market leader in online auctioning of used assets in The Benelux . Founded in 2003, DaanAuctions started up as a dedicated online business. It quickly established itself as a knowledgable and professional partner for insolvency practitioners. At present DaanAuctions organises up to 500 auction projects across a wide range of industries per year.

DAAN does this succesfully by deploying its 25-strong team of well trained experts (See further details under: "The DAAN Team"). Belgium is second home base for DAAN, an Irish branch was launched in late 2009 and two other European countries are in the early set up phases. The first steps of a Europe-wide expansion has already proven to be extremely promising.
DAAN's key strengths: DaanAuctions combines direct and dedicated marketing with a state-of-the-art website to balance the demands and needs of both the client (the seller) and the customer (the buyer). The Daan team is young, dynamic and very ambitious. The auction project manager of each auction ensures smooth operations on location for both viewing and collection days. Our friendly customer services team is available Monday to Friday by phone and/or mail from 8am to 6pm.

What DAAN sells: - The (distressed) assets which are sold by auction on DaanAuctions come from bankruptcies and company reorganisations. This also includes companies who have redundant or excess stock that they wish to clear out of their warehouse - whether new, refurbished or returned goods, from exclusive wines to bulk lots of IT equipment, from complete office inventories to a company fleet of cars - it can be found on DAAN Auctions.
