We would like to use the opportunity to introduce to you our company called DM Baumaschinen Hungary KFT which was founded in May 2002. Our company has been growing ever since, with a continuously increasing turnover. Our 2006 turnover significantly passed the 500 Million HUF level, a standard that we would like to achieve in the following years too.

The company's seat and also its premises is located on the outskirts of Budapest, in Kistarcsa next to the meeting point of the 3rd main road and the M0 motorway, which is now under construction.

The premises, which was built in one and a half years with our own financial efforts, is our property. On a 5300 sqm ground our premises consists of a 760 sqm structure housing an office, workshop and storage room and a separate 160 sqm office house. With the aim of inhanced security a video camera surveillance system was set up. Besides, our security guards monitor the premises around the clock.

Our main business line is used construction machinery dealership. In this field we are one of the leading Hungarian companies. This line accounts for 80% of our income. Other activities: rentals of various machines, sales and storage of returned and bank-owned machinery and equipment. Other services: distributorship of LG tractors, earth works, demolitions. In order to be able to provide these services we dispose of a well-equipped workshop.

Our company is a single member PLC. The exclusive owner and managing director of the company is Mr Daniel Miklós.

We have allied companies in Germany and Romania, with the same lines of business. In consequence these wide-scale partnerships enable us to supply goods from abroad and to effectuate sales to abroad. We regularly participate on machinery trade fairs and exhibitions in Hungary and abroad. Our staff have many years' experience in dealership. Our company has a broad clientele and likewise a broad registered customer base.

Our sales are also backed up by our monthly magazine called Euroxtrade Magazine. This advertising magazine is specialized in construction and agricultural machinery and equipment and is published monthly in three different languages: Hungarian, English/German and Romanian. The owner of the magazine is also Mr Dániel Miklós. DM Baumaschinen runs advertisements of several pages in this magazine every months. Apart from the publication our company use all of its efforts and marketing potential to reach to more customers and to develop new business partnerships.

Our company has a reputable relationship with many banks. Besides the most important ones the Budapest Lízing Zrt. and the UniCredit Lízing Zrt. our partners are: CIB Lízing Zrt., LOMBARD Lízing Zrt., Fortis Lease Hungaria Operativ Zrt., Raiffeisen Zrt., IKB Lízing Zrt., SG Lizing Zrt., as well as the BND Lízing Zrt. These banks help us purchase machinery and equipment. We also provide services for these companies, like the storage and sales of former leased machines and other equipment.

Our goal is to expand our dealership abroad and to organize regular vehicle, construction and other machinery and equipment auctions both on the internet and on-site.
