Die Raiffeisen-Leasing International GmbH (RLI) mit Sitz in Wien ist die Holding des osteuropäischen Leasingnetzwerks. Sie ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Raiffeisen Bank International AG (75%) und der Raiffeisen-Leasing GmbH (25%).
Das Netzwerk der RLI erreicht zurzeit mit 18 Gesellschaften in 17 Ländern einen Markt mit mehr als 320 Millionen potenziellen Kunden. Diese breite Marktabdeckung konnte durch rein organisches Wachstum erzielt werden. Das Unternehmen befindet sich unter den größten Leasinggesellschaften in Albanien, Belarus, Polen, Slowakei, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Serbien, Ukraine und Moldawien und ist in Russland die größte internationale Leasinggesellschaft.
